One staff member was a bit inflexible about the payment method and check in seemed quite long.

DEStaff was super friendly and helpful by planning activities. A great place to meet people and finding hiking buddies. Also one of the first hostels in Chile I stayed in that was well heated, in general just super cozy. I would come back in a heartbeat.

SEVery nice and knowledgeable staff. Perfect atmosphere and always welcoming. Nice places to make dinner even though it gets crowded because everyone wants to be with each other in the same kitchen. Right in the city centre!
A bit pricey, but well worth it for the atmosphere
IE- Staff very helpful with excursion recommendations - Great location on the lake, great view of sunsets - we stayed in cabin, was clean, heater provides good warmth. - two kitchens, both well equipped.
