AUAUKitchens are well equipped. Hobbit huts are were cosy and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attracts the kind of open and adventurous guests, so great company in the hostel for solo or group travellers.
Bathrooms were usually high in demand, would be great if the property had more bathrooms.

Kitchens need more cooking equipment and the rooms are quite small.

FRNice hostel in Pucón. We had a "hobbit" cabin which was fun. An hostel as we like with friendly staff, friendly people staying there and great location in Pucón.
Bathroom and kitchen need some refreshing.
GBReally cosy place. Heating in all the rooms including the bathrooms. Great kitchen and communal area. Always clean. Had a really nice atmosphere. Nice location by the lake.
Charging the foreign tax unless I paid in dollars or euros. I didn't have this issue in hostels previous to this paying in pesos . This made the stay quite expensive. Downstairs room was quite hard to sleep in a couple of the nights due to noise from communal area, people up late and music playing.
GBNice location at the front of the lake. Kitchen facilities good. Cozy chill out areas nice too. Rooms small but nice with heaters.
Shower wasn’t the best for pressure and heat.
DEGreat Place, the extra kitchen outside was very nice and the hobbit houses as well. Felt really welcomed and the location at the lake and next to the centre was perfect.
