Chillax Khaosok Hostel - SHA Certified

Hostel itself is basic, but has everything you need. Booked the khao sok floating bungalows through the which was an amazing experience.

Hostel is prima, heeft alles. Ook gratis drinkwater. Ik vond de coral cave tour top. Kijk het is basis en je moet niet veel luxe verwachten maar als je dat verwacht is het echt prima. De gids was goed en had goede humor.

De douches waren vies en de bedframes ook. Ik denk dat het misschien beter is om de nacht ervoor ergens anders te slapen als je wat meer comfort wilt. Er was 1 vrouw die heel onvriendelijk overkwam. De man was wel heel vriendelijk

Good hostel, able to keep our luggage here whilst we did our night on the Chaweng Lake, did have some ants in our room but that’s to be expected in this area.

Only trouble was when we were checking in we were quoted a certain price for the bungalow upgrade but when we arrived they told us a higher price. They said that they quoted us the wrong price in their original message to us and that we had to pay the higher price even though we were expecting the lower price and it was entirely their fault for misquote. The price difference was not the issue for us but the way they handled the situation as if we knew the higher price before booking we may have looked elsewhere, they were not lenient at all or apologetic. When we asked if we could pay the price they quoted us they said no, and said that if we didn’t pay the increased price then we would have to cancel the stays that we had pre booked at the hostel either side of the lake tour.

The Hallways were kept clean and is in a good place in the Khao Sok Village

-The room was covered in ants, along the walls, on the floor, and on the mattresses -The balcony door didn’t close all the way so anything could get it (it did) -No hot water in the shower

-Dusch und Klo Situation schwierig, da in einem Raum und sehr klein, oft alles nass -6er Zimmer obwohl 4er Zimmer gebucht und keine Vorhänge am Bett, sonder nur 2 Zustell Betten im Raum direkt an der Tür - Personal Kommunikation schwieriger und nicht so freundlich - Khao Sok See Tour okey aber kein Luxus zu erwarten, ist aber nur für eine Nacht
