"Poor value for money - mis sold a lot"

Decent location

The lake tour is a complete scam, tour guides are rude and it’s like a school trip. Not as it’s sold to be. DO NOT book onward travel with them. We paid 3000 bhat and didn’t even receive a ticket and sat in a ferry terminal for hours with no contact. Whole thing just a farse, really dissapointed

Nice commin area in the hostel, staff friendly, location not far from village centre.

Room was not 100% clean, some hairs and other dust left.

"Unprofessional staff, zero communication, and no support — very disappointing stay."

Very poor and frustrating experience. My booking was clearly marked as modifiable, yet my request was refused immediately without any explanation, despite visible availability for the dates I asked for. Communication was extremely unprofessional: most of my messages were ignored, calls were declined, and the only response I received was rude and dismissive. I was left without any real support and ultimately had to book another place at my own expense. This behavior is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place, especially if you need any flexibility with your booking.

"Private room was grand for the 1 night!"

We stayed 1 night before going to Khao Sok in the morning. We had a private room which was grand and done the job for the night. The location was good, near the bus station (5 minute drive) and beside shops/restaurants.

The shower was right in front of the toilet so the whole toilet would get drenched when you had a shower.
