Putting on bedsit and taking off while u leave the house .

The location was brilliant, and the scenery was absolutely amazing. Facilities were good, and everything was close by.

Was disappointed with the room, no sockets just usb and type c ports. The bedding could have been cleaner, and I advise taking your own bedding.

I liked the support and care we received from the host. We were welcomed by Sandra, and we arrived quite late at night. She constantly stayed on the phone to give us the right directions. We were moved to guest house as the toilets for the bunk house were separate and we were not aware of this at the time of booking. Our stay was very good and that was due to Sandra who treated us really well. Location is absolutely a gem. Surrounded by mountains and river. The facilities at the premises are great and are kept clean.

Some guests left rubbish on the counters, but the host can't be blamed for this. This is up to each individual how to clean after using a facility. The bunk house kitchen could do with a little update.

Toilet and shower is detached, for kids and woman wasn't convenient

Private secure bunkhouse, with courtyard, tables, and large kitchen, shared with other bunkhouse users. Lovely set-up, with campfire and marshmallow roasting kits available (small extra charge). The bedding provided was clean and comfortable. Utensils were available to hire. Toilet and showers shared with all campsite users, clean and easily accessible. Fabulous service from staff.

Having stayed at youth hostels, expected pots and pans, crockery and cutlery in kitchen. I should have checked the details before, was unable to cook.

It was advertised as a private room but when we arrived late in the evening two people were already sleeping in it. They were surprised to see us as they thought they had the room booked for some colleagues. Luckily we were all associated with the same event so it was less awkward than it could’ve been Facilities etc were good though other than that.
