Barn Laos Hostel

Nice breakfast. Could use some cereal, milk, and whole grain bread.

The space between bunks in the 6-bed dorm was quite cramped. The wicker furniture in the living room was too uncomfortable to sit on. (Fortunately, there are some plastic armchairs in the patio light enough to move indoors when the sun comes out.)

Clean and spacious bathrooms and common areas. The beds were big and comfortable with your own light, plug and shelf

Incredible comfy huge beds with walls making it very private. Very clean, great lounge rooms with a kitchen you can use!! B The included breakfast was awesome, they leave all the ingredients out for you in the morning then you can cook whatever you want. It was an amazing break from restaurant food all the time. You can rent bikes for the whole day for $2cad which was perfect for our sightseeing and getting to restaurants. Highly highly recommend this hostel for anyone coming in/out of Vientiene!

People I met there

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this hostel. After booking a bus trip through them, I was placed in a dilapidated vehicle with broken windows, while other passengers enjoyed a bus in good condition. Having paid the same price, I find this situation unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking bus trips through this hostel.
