"Friendly hostel"

We stayed here as a couple for one night in a private room. The staff were all very lovely & helpful. It was in a good location and there was a nice vibe to the hostel.

I feel the property are doing what they can and are putting in measures but there is a bit of a mosquito problem. Nets are provided for the room however there was many in the bathroom shower area. While the breakfast was included and is always a plus it is a bit basic.

"Nice hostel but needs to sort bug problem."

Good location and price. Staff member helped us book sleeper bus to Pakse and was very helpful.

Lots of mosquitoes in room, uncomfortable bed, some showers not working, very loud wooden floors that woke us up when people walked to the bathroom. This is based on staying in the double room.

The staff is really nice and I liked the open common area. Walkable to decent restaurants.

The dorm was small and awkward to move around and I didn't like the male/female bathroom is shared though separated

"This stay was ok, nice to chill out after landing in Vietnam"

Staff were friendly Good location for Saigon Room was pretty clean- apart from lots of ants on the wooden cabinet under the TV

There was some confusion around booking.com price and the price to pay at the hotel. I ended up paying a little more on one evening (booking via the hotel) than what I would have with booking.com. I extended one night and a member of staff knocked on my door at 12:00 telling me I had to check out which I think was down to lack of communication. I would advise checking that a room is definitely available after booking because you don’t actually pay until you get to the property, which I think you did, but another couple were getting told that the hotel had double booked! I would recommend emailing to follow up with the hotel to confirm there is a room available. I asked to keep my bag at the property after check out which seemed an odd request by the staffs response, but they let me store it at their partner hotel. This hotel does NOT come up on Google maps. I typed it in and it took me to another ‘Mays hotel’ 30 mins away. If you want to locate the hotel then I would recommend typing in Edenstar hotel which is just next door.
