Happy Inn Lodge

Nice location, staff was helpful, could store my luggage early so i didn't have to carry it along in the heat!

Room was incredibly hot at night, even with the windows wide open.

Me encantó la ubicación, cerca de todo, el lugar es bonito, no es lujoso pero esta perfecto si vas en plan "mochilero". Me parece increíble que te brinden una "guess card" de Interlaken, con eso puedes usar el transporte publico de Onterlaken durante tu estadía allí.

Lo único que me falto fue aire acondicionado teniendo en cuenta el calor del verano.

Liked the location, close to train station Interlaken west and 18 minute walk to Interlaken ost. Good private bathroom.

Our family stayed in a private Quad room. On the second floor and room window faced a mostly enclosed porch instead of directly outside…not great. It was a hot couple of days so that porch really stifled the air flow into our room.

Staff did an exceptional job at keeping the hostel exceptionally clean with the volume of people passing through. I didn’t get the traditional feel of a hostel with travelers commingling sharing their travel adventures. It was more geared to large traveling groups and family stays.

Our visit was during the extreme hot temperatures in Europe. Unfortunately, we were provided one standing fan that did not move air very well ending up in poor ventilation during our stay

Location was right in the town center. Easy to access everything! The inn was a very cozy vibe and everyone was very welcoming!

This was my first hostel experience and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were nice and friendly upon check in. One of the gentleman working downstairs would always make an effort to say hi to me when walking past. The dorm was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. However, would be good if there was a stove top / oven in the communal kitchen. Location was excellent! Huge shoutout to the staff for assisting me with shipping an item I left behind. They truely went above and beyond to assist me and I am very grateful for their assistance.

The staff is very warm and gives us very clear instructions. The location is very good, few minutes walk to Interlaken west train station. The room has very good soundproof even the wooden floor would be crunchy upon walking. Very clean shared toilet and shower, also quite accessible, no need to wait in line. and Our room is on the attic, unfortunately the week we are traveling is extremely warm, heat wave attach all over around Europe, so attic is quite warm until mid night. Glad we have a powerful fun. Considering the price and quality, I highly recommend.
