Great location close to the old town. We were given the option of a room with view towards the giant prayer wheel or a quite room. We chose the room with a view which was very quiet at night and only a bit of street noise during the day. The room was spacious and had two comfortable armchairs from which we enjoyed the view. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot with good pressure. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer. Daily new towels, toilet paper, water and tea. There is also a water bubbler at reception offering hot and cold water. Communication with staff via translation apps.

The dirty carpet in the room needs to be replaced and the windows need a good clean. WiFi and heating didn't work but we didn't need it so never asked the staff about

Laba atrašanās vieta,blakus vecpilsētai.Ir apsildāmās grīdas un apsildāmie matrači.Ar personālu sazinājāmies caur tulkotāju.Pirms ierašanās laba komunikācija ar saimnieci caur Alipy.Viņa mums sarunāja uz divām dienām mašīnu ar loti jauku šoferīti , kura arī mūs sagaidīja dzelzcela stacijā.

Priekš manis bija pa cietu gulta .

The heating system (from the floor) and the cleaning (not gross but not good)

A decent hotel a few minutes away from the old town by foot. Spacious rooms and friendly staff (although most of them don’t speak English)

It’s not inside the old town, it’s across the street from the old town.

A spacious comfortable room, perfectly clean, good bathroom. Lovely view from the window. Good aircon and wifi. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful. She didn't speak English but she was very good at using WeChat and her translation app. I had a problem with the taxi I took from the station. When she understood my problem, she took over with a second taxi driver and got me to the hotel. I would stay there again if I went back.

The room I had reserved did not meet my expectations. The receptionist advised me to upgrade my room, which I did. If I had not spent more and upgraded, I would have been dissatisfied.
