Hostal Las Cruces

Nice little and familiar Hostel. Nice and friendly staff. Emilio gave a lot of Information about Valladolid and things to do around. Cheap bicycle renting. They even make breakfast if you go on a early tour. Breakfast is different every day. For the price you pay it is really worth it.

This hostal surprised me a lot, in a good way. It's a family owned hostel, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are good and it's nice that they have a different breakfast every day. If you work online, it's also a good place to get some work done, as they have a kinda livingroom with tabled where you can do some work. The location is perfect, it's a 20 min walk to the city center, and because the hostel is not next to a busy road you don't have a lot of noise from outside. I would highly recommend this hostel.

Very comfortable and with good, clean facilities. Kitchen was well equipped and breakfast was delicious. Really enjoyed that it wasn’t enormous so we got to engage and make friends with the other travellers easier. Emilio was lovely and gave us some amazing recommendations. All the staff made us feel really at home with their Christmas dinner which we loved attending as it gave us an insight into Mexican Christmas

Room mates

really cosy and homely hostel, the room I stayed in had only four beds and they were separated into two separate rooms so it felt semi private. the kitchen was really well equipped with a hob, coffee machine and even a kettle !! staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean. it’s opposite a pretty little church and you can walk to the main area very quickly. there is also a good lavenderia like 1 minute away.

there wasn’t a plug socket directly next to my bed but it’s not the end of the world! the wifi was also a little patchy in the room.

The staff is nice and helpful. Each day a new breakfast. Clean room and air conditioning starts at 7pm to 7am. Quiet and good common areas including the rooftop. I would recommend it.

A very minor point- Sometimes it was not clear what all is there for the breakfast.

The staff were excellent, so helpful and gave us lots of tips of places to go that weren’t crowded with tourists! This place is worth staying just for the staff. On top of that free breakfast every morning , good WIFI, kitchen well equipped and relatively comfortable room. Location is also great only a 10 min walk to the centre square
