"Casa hermosa y cómoda"

La cama demasiado cómoda, pieza amplia y con espacio para guardar ropa y colgar chaquetas, la cocina enorme para cocinar con todos los utensilios que necesitas, patio grande y hermoso

El lugar es acogedor y hay una cocina grande y espaciosa.

No había cortinas en las habitaciones del baño compartido con todos y no hay suficientes cubículos.

"Lugar tranquilo y cercano a todo"

Resalto la buena atención y empatía del personal al ir con mis padres adultos mayores. También destaco la cercanía con el centro, puntos turísticos y movilización.

El desagüe del lavaplatos de la cocina se pasaba tapado, problema causado por los mismos turistas supongo. También estaba tapado el desague de una bañera del segundo piso :(

"Communal but too hectic to manage properly"

It is a very communal hostel where meeting people is very easy. It is very close to the lake, city center and bus stop to all important spots in the region.

The property is a bit hectic and noisy. Kitchen turns super messy as people cook at the same time and leave leftovers in the sink. Our room was not cleaned for 4 days - the trash bin not cleaned, and feathers from duvet everywhere on the floor. In fact the bad covers are a bit disgusting - there is a thick feather duvet and blanket that are never cleaned, you only get a fresh sheet to put under both. I didn't sleep well due to the feather and dust. There was also always an issue with hot water, it was cold in the house and often we had to shower with cold water.

"Alles wunderbar"

Die Atmosphäre im Hostel ist sehr schön, die Küche lädt zum Austausch ein und ist gemütlich, auch ist alles vorhanden um selber kochen zu können. Zimmer und Garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen und die Lage ist perfekt.

"Nos enamoramos de Puerto Varas y este hostal"

Me encantó la comodidad y la amabilidad de la afitriona, la perrita era hermosa, el lugar muy amplio, había para hacer desayuno o almuerzo, además de para hacer asado, no hacen problema por la hora de llegada, un 10/10 y está a menos de 5m de la playa y lugares turísticos

"Adorable, convenient and clean"

The location was great - so close to the action but far enough away for some quiet. The kitchen was adorable and the rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable

Sometime a wait for the bathroom but it really wasn’t a problem.
