Please note the property promotes a lively atmosphere and advises guests 45 years and older to consider this when making a reservation. All rooms are in the upper floors and the access is by stairs only. • LOCAL TAX REGULATIONS: In accordance with national tax legislation, all Chilean citizens and foreigners residing in the country are required to pay an additional 19% VAT. To be exempt from paying the 19% additional VAT, foreign guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD (cash) and present a copy of the immigration card and passport. Guests who pay in local currency will not be exempt from paying this supplement. *This VAT supplement is not included in the property rates and must be paid separately. *Foreigners who pay by credit card must pay VAT.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
