Le personnel est très accueillant et l'hostel est vraiment super ! Jolie décoration, assez de salles de bain pour tout le monde, grande cuisine...tout est très bien. Et l'emplacement est parfait dans une jolie rue, proche du centre ville.

"The perfect spot for a Sola* Adventure 😊✨"

I really enjoyed my time in here, for being just a girl in the South I felt really safe. The place is beautiful, is in the middle of downtown where you have access to pubs, supermarkets, restaurants, craft markets, and all. Also the beach at the lake is right around the corner where you can have the best view to Calbuco and Osorno volcanoes or even if is cloudy is beautiful. There is the train station to go and visit other towns around which I highly recommend , or even bus stations at the corner to go to parks near, that's why the location is perfect. The staff is super kind and if you are a people person you can meet people from all over the world. Best part in my opinion, is that there is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals if you are not into junk food. It was so comfy and practical. It was more than I expected, and for sure one of the best hostels I have ever been.

Everything was great. I would just recommend checking the plumbing, as it could use some maintenance.
