Young Monk Hostel Dharamkot,Mcloadganj

Had a really peaceful stay at Young Monk Dharamkot. The location is super serene. Great sunset views, away from noise but still properly connected by road, which made reaching easy. The vibe here is very homely. The food was honestly very tasty and felt fresh every time. Wifi was working well too, which helped since I was working a bit. Cleanliness was well maintained in both dorms and common areas. The view from the café is beautiful, especially during sunset. Also, Luna and Dumdum are the cutest dogs ever, they just make the place feel even more warm. Shiva (manager) was very helpful and easy to talk to. Definitely one of the top hostels in Dharamkot.

Hands down the best backpacker hostel I’ve stayed at in Himachal so far! The entire place is incredibly neat and tidy. I was especially impressed with how clean the bedsheets and washrooms were—which isn't always easy to find on the road. If you're looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay, this is the spot. Highly recommended!" 

Best backpacker hostel I’ve stayed at in Himachal so far! If you’re looking for a spot that actually delivers on cleanliness and vibe, this is it. The washrooms are surprisingly clean and well-maintained, which is rare for a budget stay. The amenities are solid, and the overall place is kept very neat and tidy. I spent most of my time at the cafe—it has a great atmosphere for chilling and meeting other travelers. A big shoutout to the staff as well; they’re super helpful and genuinely make you feel welcome. It’s a very comfortable stay with a proper backpacking soul. Highly recommend it if you're passing through the area!
