It is nicely designed and has the potential to be a very nice hostel. Friendly staff. Nothing was really bad - a few things could be improved though.

It is a little expensive for a hostel and what it has to offer. It would be nice (& also very easy) to put curtains on each bed and a little shelf. Water pressure in one of the bathrooms sinks is incredibly low. It would be nice if there would be offered tours and activities. It’s also a little difficult to reach. You need a tuktuk or walk 2 km uphill. Negotiations with driver at train station can be tough because they want a lot of money for a short ride.

No AC The hostel itself did not provide any organized activities or tours. There was a Tuktuk driver who did offer tours but the main attractions and prices where not transparent.

The pool is lovely, and they have a yoga shala where you can practise your own yoga or mediation.

There was never any soap in the bathrooms, and rarely any toilet paper, and the bathrooms were not clean.

So peaceful, the staff were amazing, the room was gorgeous and it was a lovely location.

The staff amazing, very helpful! I had some issues with my traintickets and they helped me out until the last minute! Great guys. Also, finally warm shower!

The twin room is a very small room with 2 beds and separate bathroom. Too much money for this tiny room, expected a regular private room like the others for this price, not a kind of big closet.

Nice location and beatiful greeenery

The structure is managed by very young guys who have no idea what the hospitality sector is. The cleanliness of the common areas, I mean the area where you eat, is very poor. The quality of the breakfast is rather low. Many problems with the wi-fi.

Perfect location surrounded by nature. The decoration and place it’s super nice. Also staff were super helpful. Tharindu was really nice and helped me to get my AC bus to Nuwara Eliya.

Breakfast was good, but out of avocado!
