Amazing vibe, the friendliest and kindest staff, very clean, great location.

Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable room, great view of the old town from the terrace. Breakfast was good, and a variety of tours available from the front desk. A nice easy walk to the old town. I’d definitely stay again if in Quito!!

Good location in the historical city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff! Helped us a lot with airport pickups, which bus to take, booking a jungle trip. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great property near the Basilica and 15 min walk to Grand Plaza. The staff were fantastic, so very helpful with any question/query I had, also suggested things to do during my time in Quito. Room was spacious and clean.

Staff is friendly (and speaks English). Breakfast is good. Doing our laundry was no problem. Photos and information about facilities at this property on Booking.com are accurate.

The rooms are a little bit small and a little bit noisy.

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful, and spoke very good English - which was a real bonus for us as our Spanish is very limited. The airport pickup they organised for us was smooth and efficient. The facilities were clean and in good working order. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet enough for us to get a good sleep. I had seen some reviewers commenting on noise. It's true that there was some traffic noise in the mornings but nothing unusual for being in the middle of a big city. I would happily stay here again if I'm ever back in Quito!
