A lovely character filled hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Daniele was so informative and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The room was comfortable and everything was very clean. There was a delicious breakfast available for $4pp. The location was fabulous being just a short walk to the old town. Daniele recommended the restaurant just a few doors down where we had a delicious traditional Ecuadorian lunch. We were so pleased that we chose Casa CarpeDM for our stay in Quito.

Extremly friendly and welcoming staff. always helped us with recommendations and information about Quito. We got our room upgraded to give us 2 separate beds. Rooms were clean and nice

Friendly staff who accommodated my very early in the morning arrival and who organised day trips. No fuss

Only thing I can criticise is perhaps cold water in bathroom sink otherwise nice stay for monies paid

"decent stay on the verge of historical centre"

staff was very helpful the wifi at the rooftop was strong enough to have video call. it’s quiet at night. walkable distance to the historical centre (but not directly in the centre). very close to the basilica

10 min walk to the sights is a busy road, with bad air pollution so not really pleasant walk. water leaked in through the window during the rain, luckily our stuff didnt put near the window!

"Great place to stay in old town Quito"

The best place we stayed in Quito.Great location with restaurants and cafes nearby,not far from the historic center.The room was large and cozy,the hosts were super friendly and helpful,they spoke English very well,gave us many useful informations,also allowed us to store our stuffs after check out for a few days .There are lockers,filter water and a clean shared kitchen on the top floor,you can also get a amazing city view from there. Plus,they offer fast laundry service too!

Everything is great.
