It’s clean, bedsheets looked clean and bed is comfortable, also has light on nightstand and bathroom in doorm. Staff was really nice! Also location is good!

We had an overall good experience at Madpackers 2.0 Rishikesh. The stay was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was polite, friendly and always willing to help. However, there were a few issues that could be improved. The lift was not operational during our stay, and since our room was on the third floor, we had to use the stairs multiple times a day, which was a bit inconvenient. We also noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the washroom drainage area, and on 1–2 occasions, a couple of caterpillars came out from the drain. Apart from these points, the room was well-maintained and clean, and our overall stay was pleasant. Thank you for the hospitality.
