This family is realy warmhearted joyfull. You can hear people laughing, children singing saregamapa.. which adds to the relaxed good atmosphere in this cosy hostel. Rooms are very clean and creatively Made with Nice little details. 2shared bathrooms are there, hot water worked perfectly. Rooftop is special since the property is located in the middle of a real India-neighbourhood. Go there at sunset-time and you ll be in the middle of the everyday kite-festival. Very nice, convenient and interesting was also the day out with (friend of the family) driver Raees who just brought me where I wished to go (whitout the usual unwanted shopping-stops). I normaly visit places independently but this was certainly a trouble-free pleasant alternative. The whole setting and breakfast (at 9h clock)+ good Chaï makes iT a good place to meet other travelers as well.

At the moment I was staying they were still doing big building works. IT was a bit too noisy during these days. But ok that Will be finished Soon. To get there, certainly use a map to guide your tuktuk through the small streets. Once you know the place, it s not difficult but first time can be.

I really like the location and neighbors here. Everyone here is friendly and like to take pics with you, lucky enough you'll be treated India tea. In walking distance, I could shopping in reasonable local price. In the morning, breakfast is super delicious than other restaurant and enjoy rooftop relaxed scene. And bathroom is so clean and keep dry, hot water is stable supplied. The family give me warm and detailed care(laundry, water, internet,exchange money), the smiles from kitchen touched my mind. You should not miss the wonderful place.

Staying at Chalo Eco Hostel we totally felt apart of Nadeem and Anass's Family and we loved staying in and getting to know their neighbourhood. The hostel was very comfortable and perfectly situated in the pink city. Anass gave us amazing recommendations for site-seeing, food and shopping, he also helped arrange an excellent tuk tuk driver, Rahees, for the day ( I couldnt recommend him more highly if you're looking for a tuk tuk drive) . The food at Chalo was also delicious and the building had wonderful views from the rooftop overlooking Jaipur, which is the perfect way to wind down after a busy day. They are having some work done at the moment so it means the hostel is about to get even better!

Anas and Nadim and the family were awesome hosts, from showing us some awesome spots in town and helping us book our onward journey and just being super kind and helpful. Room was super clean and cozy. Location is a 20min walk from main attractions like City Palace and Jantar Mantar in the heart of old Jaipur. We really enjoyed our stay.

I like hostel. This is very good experience I never been like this hostel & food also very good. Hostel owner Anas guide all the places in jaipur then they Arrange the auto for me to go all the places. Auto driver speak English very well like a professional & then I get house made food biriyani & chicken gravy Etc. Because family staying in this hotel. Next time I am planning to go with my family.

I have stayed at Chalo Eco Hostel a few times before, and for good reason! I love it here, it feels like home! The family welcomes you with open arms and are very helpfull. From tips to arranging a tuktuk, nothing is too much. The hostel itself has a beautiful rooftop where you can enjoy your delicious home cooked breakfast and watch the sunset. What I love too is the location: within the walls of the old city, close to all the sights, but in a very local neighbourhood, where you can experience the real India! Can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to be back!

It's a small family host, in a popular neighbourhood, good if you want to know about real indian family life away from most touristic spot and luxury hotel. The host family is very friendly and helpfully, they share their kitchen and also cook very good! All the kids living in the house are wonderful, everyone interested in knowing you and make you feel part of the family for a moment. Good to know where the money you spend is going to. Also I like a lot their rooftop-terrace! And also the tuktuk -driver the host recomended to me for a whole day of Sightseeing was really nice and helpful, a good option to get to know this City!
