Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , ale przede wszystkim bardzo zaangażowany i pomocny pan właściciel , bardzo chętnie tam powrócę

The Magdis (father and sons) were so caring, helpful and easy-going, we could have sworn we were part of the family. They gave us useful advice, met our little needs (change, water) and even accompanied us to the hospital for an emergency. The room was clean, comfortable and a fresh shelter when the outer heat was unbearable. We could even use the lobby during half a day while waiting for our train. The hotel is situated at 10 minutes from the center in a popular neighborhood, a little preserved from the continuous harassment faced in the touristic area.

If I should fin a drawback: the neighborhood is a maze and Uber drivers don't find easily their way to the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helped us to book differents trips. They was always somebody to help us if needed. The price-quality ratio is very good.

The bed and pillow were a little incomfortable, but they changed it as soon as we complained so no problem.

Wifi terrible/non existant Beds from the last century Feels like there are no walls/doors as every sound reaches the room Super noisy wedding until 2am, partly even in the lobby - I advise to not accept other guests during an event like this as it's impossible to sleep..

A bath in my bathroom. Central. Very clean. The nice owner can book you great tour for fair price. Very cheap hotel and good hotel.

Mosque noise, but it is not the hotel's fault. It is pretty much everywhere in egypt, unless you are lucky.

Friendly welcome staff. Old fashioned style hotel with fairly good location and on quieter road. Balcony rooms. Clean enough. Did an air balloon ride for which staff helped arrange pick up from the hotel.
