Overall ok, refrigerator have free mineral water 👍

- It looks clean. - The available facilities are functioning well.

- I would rate the hotel higher if the hotel manager had a better mindset regarding service. He provided unclear information to persuade us to agree to purchase additional services, but the reality did not meet expectations. He seemed to always be trying to extract more money from guests. When my friend requested additional items such as a hairdryer or toilet paper, he promised to provide them but delivered nothing. Overall, manager of this hotel should not be trusted !!!

Staff was very kind and helpful. Great budget option in Luxor. They help us with picking up from train station and going back there.

You have to be patient sometime, as you need to ask for someone to be present at the reception to get your documents back, for wifi, etc. But when you asked, they deliver rapidly.

Friendly, helpful owner & son, who are eager to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Bright, clean room in central location not far from train station, close to local food stalls and in vicinity to Luxor Temple.
