NZSuch an attractive farmhouse to stay in. Our bedroom was very traditional with warm and comfortable bedding. The evening meal, served up at the kitchen bar, was simple and delicious. We shared this with another couple and we all chatted happily with our lovely friendly cook and hostess Erica. Breakfast was a very casual, help-yourself from the side table affair where guests mingled and chatted. A good selection in the Continental style. It was rainy so the views didn't do justice to the outlook over the garden and valley which must be stunning in fine weather.

CHThis is an exceptional place. The owners have with a great eye for the details renovated an old farmhouse. They and their employees are very thoughtful and we had a great chat in the evening. This is an absolute gem and was a highlight of our japan trip so far. We had the chance to witness the process of making soysauce (shoyu) which they to together with their neighbours once year. A very authentic glimpse of rural japan.

Essen kein Highlight und kleine Portionen. Sake Testing war nett.
