All just as you'd expect from description BUT the standout for me was the willingness of owner to wait up for my VERY LATE arrival and even to stand out in the rain to help me park, with bags and show me to room. Very grateful for a lovely touch. Thanks g

Steve was so kind and couldn't be more helpful totally put himself out for us. Clean, fresh and felt like we were in a 5 star hotel, totally spoilt, thankyou. We will definitely be back.

Very friendly host!

It was such a welcoming and homely experience—nothing was too much trouble for my host, Steve. He had thought of everything: a fantastic selection of breakfast items, herbal teas, oat milk, and more. Every detail was taken care of. I especially enjoyed our in-depth conversations with him, which made the stay even more memorable. It was the perfect place to take a well-earned rest day from walking and truly relax.
