Very friendly and kind family. I got really tasty Sri Lankan Breakfast and Kottu for dinner. Also, the owner took some time to drive me around with his scooter and he also dropped me off at the Pidurangala Rock for a sunrise hike. Thank you so much, I’ll come back!

The dorm was quite hot but I got a ventilator and ne aware of mosquitos

I got an upgrade for a private room, the location was amazing, beautiful nature just outside the door, very helpful and nice owner

If you are planning to do frequent visits to Pidurangala then this hostel is at a perfect location. You get options for hostels, Pvt rooms and tree house. Sigiriya is visible from the Tree house. Owners are very nice and they keep good care of the guests. He had given me his bicycle for a morning tour to the nearby lake and also helped me plan my further journey. I had gotten late while coming back from the rock, the family later cooked dinner specially for me. If you are someone who wants peace amidst all the chaos and are not looking for full luxury, then this is a perfect place.

The location was great! But what was amazing with our stay was the host! They helped us with transport! Got great breakfast! They had bikes which we could ride to a lake he recommended! Truly amazing!

The hospitality from the owner is over expectations! He is always ready to help and will give you all the necessary information about the area. Food is delicious and the accommodation itself is amazing, clean and comfortable!
