Very friendly people. Basic but clean. Overlooks town square.

The brow was nice and it was a great location. Easy to walk to restaurants

It is in the center of the city so at some times their can be lots of noise but only at specific times

Spacious and clean room, hot water, and you can leave your extra bags at no extra cost if you are doing the quilotoa hike. We came back after it.

Adjacent road can be loud with the traffic, it's quiet during night time though

Location is very central; I got the room with the window to the main square; friendly and helpful staff; the owner is extremely friendly and nice;

The room is very basic and outdated - renovation needed; thin walls - I could hear the neighbours talking until midnight;

The staff are totally awesome! We enjoyed our stay there. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean. They make their best effort, even with all of the current power outages. The location is next to the park but it is still quiet!

They advertise here that parking is on-site and included. It is not on site and it is not included.

The location is fabulous, right next to, but not on the central square. The breakfast was fabulous. The family run hotel has awesome staff, all family. It was very quiet on an inside room. We had hot water with great pressure in the shower.

The write up for this hotel indicates there is parking on-site, but it is actually down the street a little.

The hotel is around the corner from the main square, some rooms having a view. The room was spacious and the breakfast delicious. What makes this place special is the owner, Viola, and her staff who were so welcoming we didn’t want to leave.
