The bed was really comfy great Wifi and nice staff. Everything was clean, good shower with hot water

No kitchen, you can't make food. Just fridge and hot water to make coffee/tea.

Clean, secure, confortable, even an additional bathroom in the female dorm, people from the diving shop in the hostel are super friendly and even got the chance to do a free trial in the pool.

The kitchen area. No cooking plates, no knife, not many cutlery and others..

Very clean, great location, amazing staff!

The lounge area is right next to the rooms so a few nights the TV was LOUD. This may or may not be common though!

The hostel location was good. they are moving to checking on online. which some may like but I found it more time consuming and confusing. also less personable as you don’t get to meet the people that own the place.

the room was not clean. there were no common areas to socialise.

The easiness of the check-in, the lockers, the cleanness but most of all, the free Cenote of El Jardin del Eden. Thank you!

The kitchen is more like facilities, microwave, coffee maker, good water, etc. Not really to cook
