Cheap and not far from the beach.

Found cockroaches, one in my locker. Beds have no curtains, so if anyone else in the room moves around, turns on the lights, it wakes everyone up. Not very clean over all.

Lockers with a code. Don't need to have a padlock. Free water fountains.

No curtains to close the beds. No reception, they try to be a smart hostel. That would still be nice to have someone in person. A lot of noise. The sofa with TV was just next to the dorm I stayed in. Not possible to leave the bag somewhere after check out time. That was very annoyjng for me. The room was super dirty. It looks that it wasn't cleaned during the 2 nights I stayed there.

the location is quite central. Also I had hot water

The fact that there is no reception makes things a bit difficult. Did not really understand if I could use the kitchen or not

It was too expensive for what you get. The room we stayed in was not clean at all and the bed was uncomfortable. We were told to leave on the air ventilator in the bathroom because there was no window. This was also the light. We were not allowed to turn it off so we had to sleep with the sound of the air ventilator and light coming through the door. Not great. and not environmental friendly. Also our room was right next to the entrance so you could hear everyone and vice versa. No privacy at all.

pretty close to the center and easy to find. near by the colectivo Station and to the pier. We could leave our backpacks during our trip to Cozumel in the closet. The owner is really nice and helpful. Friendly as well and there’s a free cenote Tour that the Hostel offers

There was no kitchen and there was is no personally Check in Person, only virtually.

Carlos was very helpful and always came to help immediately! It was quiet during the night and in general quiet at the hostel. Kitchen facilities were rather poor but you can eat everywhere when you step a foot outside. Good wifi connection! Would go again :-)

I stayed in de women room with personal bathroom. Bathroom flooded with water now and then, water in sink didn't always go down. No lock on toilets or showers. Didnt bother me personally.

The patio was nice.

The owner is very rude and unkind, he messaged me at 10 am to “remind me“, the check out time was at 11 am; the receptionist had previously accidentally damaged my backpack and offered to pay the repairs, which was the fair thing; but now I needed to wait for the repair shop to open. Anyways, I put my things outside the room, before 11 am, and then waited for the repair shop to open. Then, the receptionist and I went to the shop and had the backpack repaired. It took a while, to take all my clothes out of the backpack and get it repaired, all in all, at about 1 pm I was ready. I took my things outside the hostel, to wait for a cab, and out of nowhere the owner appeared and starts insulting me, yes insulting me and verbally attacking me !!!! “what was I doing there, if it’s 1 Pm already, I must pay him another night “, what??? Crazy man, I was on the street already, outside the hostel. I just ignored him and told him to leave me alone. Eventually he left. I was traveling with my backpack and an additional bag, they made me pay 50 mx extra at check in for my other bag, and place it in storage; even though I was staying there, and had already paid for the room. The bathroom was so full of mold, it was impossible to have a shower. Water was leaking from all over. During the night, the dorm was super hot, they wouldn’t turn the AC on, I was sweating, so annoying! Be careful with this men, they will always try to overcharge u; some kind of diving school operates at this hostel, and of course they try to overcharge u. Bad experience, won’t go back.
