The location and the swimming pool

No kitchen (a tiny tiny frodge) and no common space area. (well, a tiny one). If you are a solo traveler and want to meet backpackers, pass your way.

The location is ok. If you need only a bed to sleep, it is ok.

If you believe that you are a qr code, this is a perfect place for you. Be sure you will not be able to communicate with the staff. No contact check in, for your safety. You will get instructions via whatsup. If you do not follow them, they get angry in their messages. Qr code st the entrance door. Though full amount is paid, they do not tell you your locker code, if you do not want to upload thr photo of your passport to a usa whatsup number. Come on! I am happy to show my passport, but i do not put it on the internet. Great, they would allow to delete it after my stay. How great, that other travellers will show you your bed and tell you your locker code! How do they know it? Just for my safety? So the locker is nothing, anybody might have access to it. Do not expect any advice from anyone just from fellow travellers. Do not ecpect to have the option to lesbe your luggsge anywhere if you needed it on the day of check out. I condider myself to be human and expect something similar from the staff as well. Forget sbout volunteers they mention in their messages. Nobody will answer the mexican phone number.

Hostel organise the pre checking really well. Very clean and quite. Good location.

Need a proper kitchen. Not a place to make friends. People around are focus on the dive school and they don’t talk to you.

Great location, 10 min walk from the main street and beaches, close to shops and bus stations. They have a cold water machine you can use at any time to refill your water for free. Aircon in the room although on only during the night. Wifi works great. There’s LOADS of space in the room to put your stuff, get ready, charge phones, etc. Great vibes from other travellers as well, one of few hostels in Playa that has female-only dorms.

Would be useful to add some hooks on the walls to be able to hang both beach and shower towels after use. Location needs to be updated on the app and google as I head trouble finding it but Carlos is incredibly helpful when you contact him for anything.
