Single bed top bunk. Only because Im used to sleeping in a queen size. But it's all that was available as it was a busy week in Invercargill

Affordable. Close to town. Free wifi. Nice people, tidy grounds. Nice house.

I have stayed a few times and always chose to stay here, sadly this time didn't meet expectations. The cleanliness was not at its usual standard. I didn't want to use main showers due to several public hairs, a wet dirty used bathmat you had to touch to get down to open shower door. Bathroom floor wasn't clean. I actually didn't sit on the toilet seat it was dirty. In the morning I went to use toilet and I couldn't bring myself to as there was vomit on it and floating corn in it. The shelf next to my bed had not been wiped down in a while with lots of old hair and dust. It's sad as this place normally really clean. It was more full than normal and maybe this is why. I'm sorry I don't like giving bad reviews, but when I leave and sanitise my hands straight away, can't use toilet as it's dirty. Sadly it didn't meet normal expectations and I wouldn't chose to stay here again.

you felt like adopted by the lovely host. the where milk and oats offered, coffee, and towels. garden with couches and launch areas inside. clean bathrooms and big rooms.
