Hostel Swastik

Good location, kind staff, warm shower, relaxed ambiance

No kitchen access for guests, but the hostel has a small menu to order things from.

pretty hostel, they make food, drinking water access and dorms are good for sleep.

The staff that was newly trained- understandable they are not in sync with everything yet (so I will not refer to them) the regular people who work there were nice, but I had to double/ triple ask for EVERYTHING, no help for taxi, communication was awful. also they locked the door even after i told them I was going to leave early morning so I had to climb a fence with all of my stuff to get out.

Owner and people working there are super friendly, loved the evening tours around Bhaktapur :)

Highlight were the staff. The owner Bishwo, will go above and beyond to tell you about everything there is to know within bhaktapur. Always wanting to improve and make the place better in every way. The hostel friends and staff are less friends here but more family. Is a place I will continue to come back to.

the ubication is great, the place is really clean, nice and cosy. the best were the people who worked there, they were really helpful and friendly, 100% recommendable!

What a fantastic find, I came to Bhaktapur for the city's craftsmanship and history and was not disappointed, hostel swastik is the perfect location to visit this city. The owner is kind are caring and the perfect guide. I had the small private double room, it was clean and comfortable with excellent WiFi. I have use of the communal showers that always has warm water. I originally booked for 4 nights but stayed for 2 weeks.
