Wanderlust Hoi An - An Bang Beach

Lovely stay at Wanderlust. The team really make you feel welcome. Nice group activities and hostel dinners organised to meet fellow travellers. Great spot by the beach but worth bearing in mind you need to take a 10 minute grab to get into the main old town. Clean and comfortable bunk beds with good privacy and large bathroom. Perfect place to chill for a few days in the sun and also party with some backpackers if you’re that way inclined. Highly recommended!

Overall, a very comfortable place to stay easy to reach the beach and perfect facilities for relaxation and also socializing if you want. Great menu for lunch or dinner as well.

Bed comfy and locker space ample. Effective aircon. Outside of Hoi An so less busy. Not far from the beach with restaurants and cafes nearby. Handy leaflet on arrival. Communal WhatsApp group if you want to join in with stuff. You can get food and drinks on site.

Upper bunk ladders look tricky. Glad I was on the bottom. Mosquitoes. One toilet in bedroom for 8. Further bathrooms down the end of the complex by the pool.

The hostel is near A Bang beach and close to the Old Town, quite modern with air bnb vibes and there are lots to do around. If the many brochures and options are too confusing just ask the hostel staff to arrange for you, all are super lovely and ready to help! The beddings are super warm and comfy, there’s also the added bonus of security with the overhead and below the bed locker spaces, as well as a really secure password login system to your dorm room. Shower was hot and basic necessities are provided such as shampoo, conditioner, towels and hair dryer.
