The Vibe House - Chillout Hostel

Good social hostel, with chill owner and chill vibes. A short walk away from the street with all thr restaurants open late, and 10-15 min walk from the beach. Hostel organized tours are fun, would recommend!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I absolutely loved this hostel and can’t recommend it enough! “The Vibe” isn’t just a name—it truly lives up to it. This place is incredibly social, and I ended up staying for over three weeks, even though I never planned to stay that long! The private bungalow was spacious, the breakfast options were great, and the chill area felt more like a cozy living room. I met so many amazing people here and made lifelong friendships. The owner is also a fantastic person—super helpful and always going the extra mile. He organized day trips, group dinners, and even a BBQ party for my birthday! If I ever come back to Phu Quoc, I would definitely stay here again.

I really like their lobby and the green nature. You can sit there and meet people if you like. But still enough place to chill alone in the hammock. The owner are very nice.

The shared toilet wasn’t really clean by the time in the evening.

The vibes are immaculate 😜 The hosts treat you like family, they're so kind and chill and helpful. I never stayed at a hostel where they organized trips and social events like this, you are guaranteed to make friends here- great for solo travelers! Restaurants, bars, and beaches are walking distance. They serve a filling breakfast in the morning for cheap and keep a fridge fully stocked with drinks. Beds are comfy with privacy curtains and lockers in the room

This is the place to be! We consider the owner Duong, the staff, the atmosphere, and the other guests here being friends and family, home. We could not leave this place, we stayed 5 nights and booked other 5 nights. If you had better experience than here, deeper conversations with locals, if you also lost part of your hearth somewhere else let us know, because we had this only here!

We stayed twice here, and will be back! In Vietnam we consider this place to be our home. Home is where you have family, friends and hearth, this is The Vibe House.

The vibe of the hostel is just great. The coman area ist very child, the location is a bit away from the mainroad, which is just super nice to chill (only 3-4 minutes walking) Breakfast is great. I traveled 1 month in Vietnam& I would say, best hostel by far. The owner lives on the place and take care of all guets. The privat and the dorm ar super nice and with aircon. Defenetly come back one day.

I just liked everything - it was the best place with a lot of cool and young people. The owner is such a nice person and helps you with everything you need. If you have the opportunity to go to the starfish trip - DO IT! It was just amazing.

I had such a great experience at The Vibe House! I spent 2 weeks there and made friends for life! Duong, the owner, helps people connect with each other and organizes day trips to beautiful places in the island! I got the private bedroom and it was very spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious (pancake, yogurt with fruits, coffee) and for a very affordable price. The hostel is 10 min from Long Beach and near several beautiful beaches by scooter. It’s a great place for those willing to socialize but in a chill place (this is not a party hostel).

The shower not always had hot water; the roof and door could be better sealed to avoid insects and geckos coming into the room.
