Everything. A Great Budget friendly stay. Only stayed one night, passing through on the Coast and Castles - Sustrans route. Would use it as a base for day trips, next time.

Clean, friendly staff, nice view, reasonable.

Safety light in the room slightly disturbing, we would prefer the window in a room can be fully open. But otherwise, the venue is perfect.

"Excellent place to stay if visiting Amble or surrounding area."

Location was superb, right on the harbour. Excellent views. Very clean and well looked after. Kitchen facilities second to none. Free hot drinks, toast and cereal for breakfast which was a great bonus. Parking was great. staff very welcoming. Will be re-booking in the future.

"A perfect stop off!"
