Staff was friendly and most of the areas were clean

The bathroom sink on Floor 0 was very cramped and inconvenient to use. The pillow provided was uncomfortable, not supporting your neck at all, which caused neck pain the following day. Additionally, the room was too small to comfortably accommodate four people. A small night light would be useful for guests who need to settle into the room while others are sleeping, as the main room light is excessively bright.

The front desk offers water and drinks at affordable prices, including free coffee and tea. The staff are friendly and professional. There's a bar on the top floor, and the apartment organizes regular events. Luggage storage is available. Additionally, the view outside the window is excellent.

The bathroom is a bit small, with only three male shower rooms in total, one of which is out of order. The bathroom and toilet are located together in a compact space, making it somewhat uncomfortable. The location is average, about a 10-minute walk from the city center. The area is quite elevated, so walking there might be tiring, although the apartment has an elevator.

A área do bar, no último andar e com vista para a cidade, é um ótimo espaço para relaxar. Todas as áreas estavam limpas e bem cuidadas. De realçar também, a simpatia da equipa de housekeeping.

Para chegar à praça do comércio tem que caminhar um pouco, mas nada que atrapalhou nossa viagem.

Friendly and helpful staff - they provideda map and lots of hostel-run tour options. Rooms are well laid out with large cupboards for storage in small spaces. Curtains on the beds and real bedding that is very comfortable. Reasonably soundproof rooms. Gorgeous views from the rooftop. Good usable kitchen and well organised communal space.

It was a little further out than I'd hoped- you had to walk a fair way to find a food place. Red sensor lighting on the stairs gave me a headache. Showers were tepid each time I showered. Bathrooms are very small with very limited space to put toiletries when cleaning teeth etc, and just one hook outside the shower cubicle for towels and clothes etc.
