I could not even find the location as it was not properly indicated with a sign or directions and it is in a very sketchy neighbourhood. The first night I stayed there there were people banging at the door very aggressively and it was very hard to get in touch with the property manager to get help. Only upon telling them I was going to call the police the manager tried to ‘resolve’ the solution. Never been that scared in my life, the situation could have been dealt with better on their part.

The location was very good it was close to metro n bus station i highly recommended 👌 👍

Era espaçoso e tinha todas as comodidades necessárias! Estar localizado relativamente perto do centro do parque das Nações.

Alguma dificuldade em achar o estúdio, por não me ter sido fornecido o número da porta correcto (existem vários é o número que me deram era outro) e a porta do W.C não fechava.

We stayed in this location before because has a good location near of the meo arena that was ideally for us when planning to travel to see diferent concerts.

​Our recent experience was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. ​The concert we booked was canceled at the last minute, and we requested a free cancellation, but nobody replied, not even as a courtesy. Despite this, we decided to drive the 300 km to the destination. ​Upon arriving at the location, the entry code was not working. It was nearly 2:00 AM, extremely cold, and raining. We contacted the emergency assistance number, but the reply was unprofessional, offering no assistance and not even an apology. At 3:00 AM, we were forced to relocate to another hotel. ​We will never consider this location for future bookings. The lasting impression left by this experience is extremely bitter.
