C’était trop froid et humide l’hiver. On a perdu l’électricité à plusieurs reprises. On a perdu les aliments qu’on avait au réfrigérateur. Au nouvel an c’était difficile de rejoindre quelqu’un pour avoir l’électricité. Le seul moyen était d’appeler via WhatsApp. Il faut donc avoir déjà cette application dans notre cellulaire

Hello, I am writing to report a serious issue regarding our recent reservation at DNA Studios in Lisbon. Reservation number: 6302823522 Unfortunately, our stay did not meet acceptable accommodation standards. During the night, we were unable to sleep due to continuous noise caused by dogs barking. Additionally, the apartment was extremely cold. Despite keeping the electric heater on throughout the night, the room did not heat up properly, and we were unable to stay warm. Because of these conditions, we could not complete our two-night reservation. We stayed only one night and were forced to leave the property early next morning. As a result, we had to urgently find alternative accommodation. Given that the property did not provide basic comfort conditions (quiet environment and adequate heating), we kindly but firmly request a full refund for the reservation. I would also like to emphasize that this is the first time we have experienced such a problem through Booking.com, despite having used the platform many times before. Casa suja sem suporte nenhum. Poucos cobertores, banheiro velho e mal conservado.

Casa fria, poucos cobertores , lençóis e camas desconfortáveis, não era possível ligar o aquecimento pq a luz da casa desligava, fiação velha não suporta os aquecedores ligados. Cheiro muito forte te água sanitária, no banheiro o cheiro do sifão voltava… um verdadeiro pesadelo a nossa estadia. Pra piorar tudo o vizinho de trás resolveu soltar um cachorro dentro dos portões da casa e o cacho não nos permitia sair da casa ameacando morder e latindo. Não entendo como permitem uma casa assim ser alugada pelo booking.
