Estádio proximo da gare do oriente, bem calmo e parece Seguro!

Apenas falta um lugar para estacionar mas mesmo assim havia um pouco distante!

I booked this property as it is close to the airport and I had a late arrival. There was a quick response and I was asked to pay city taxes (via a paypal link or another payment link) & register online in order to receive the doorcode for the apartment. It felt a bit weird as I already paid taxes via booking.com. A little while later the response came that in my case city taxes were already paid but I need to check in online to receive the doorcode. I did not know how to check in online and requested informations….a couple of times…but there was no reply at all. Basically in the end I was left without information on how to enter the apartment. On my late night arrival I had to book another place to stay. I requested a free refund but so far I didn’t hear back from the property.

Location

The code to open the door didn’t work. A neighbor came up to help and called the owner who reset the code and on video call finally the lock opened. The stove top didn’t work and we didn’t bother complaining.

Appartement congelé à notre arrivée. Seulement 2 minuscules chauffages pour tout l'appartement qui est très mal isolé, les fenêtres fermées laissent rentrer l'air. Après 3 nuits à peine, on a attrapé une bronchite qu'on a pas réussi à soigner malgré différents médicaments, pharmacies, médecins! Mauvais entretien de l'appartement, moisissures cachées par des couches de peintures, honteux, malhonnête et même mise en danger de la santé des personnes qui ont fait confiance pour cette location. Très mal vécu ce voyage juste à cause de l'appartement!!! Ma chérie à même trouvé une blatte dans l'appartement, GÉNIAL!!! C'est le genre de dépense pour un voyage que j'ai seulement envie d'être remboursé!!! Même dans les escaliers, il y avait de l'eau de pluie sur le palier devant la porte de l'appartement, je craint que tout le bâtiment (qui a d'autres appartements locatifs similaires par la même compagnie) soit malsain... ABE!

"It was out of the 60’s and far away from a cafe or store but it was inexpensive and colors to the airport."
