Clean and nice room which seem to be quite new. Friendly staff family. Free drinking water. Quiet location but near enough to Alona beach. Good value for the price of the room. Big garden but there's actually not that much things to do on the property.

Difficult to find there first time, especially when arrived by dark time. When you go there follow the signs to Mingche hotel. If you reach Mingche, you have passed about 200 meters.

Really great staff and location. She even booked a tuktuk for us for the next morning as we were leaving at 5am and she was there to see if everything was okay. The room is big and nice and clean. The shower is good just the toilet bowl was broken.

A great value, basic, budget accommodation.

Owners were so friendly and welcoming and were always available to help if needed. Property is clean and comfortable and great value for money. A short walk to the main area with beach and shops yet quiet enough that you cannot hear it. Breakfast every morning was lovely also. Thank you!

Wow, our stay was beyond our expectations. The staff were very kind and helpful. They provided breakfast, TV streaming services, filtered water etc. One of the best places we've stayed since being in the Phillipines.

First of all the price is the cheap and what you get is pretty decent. Alona beach is just expensive. We stayed in the wooden bungalow which offered plenty space, is mosquito proof, but has cold shower. The hostess is really kind and gave us a free upgrade! Scooter rental is good price.

The neighbor roosters can keep you awake, use earplugs. The location is a toss up, because you have to walk 10 minutes from the main road along a dirt path. Total of 15-20 minutes to the beach. Breakfast can be better.

Staffs were so friendly. Place is in nature and silent. Close to beach. Nice breakfast. Clean rooms.

No AC during the night so we got cooked. Sheets were really dirty.
