The Staff Were Then Fantastic & So Very Welcoming. I Then Became Part Of The New Friends Gang. Making New Friends Almost Instantly From All Over The Globe. We All Then Have So Much In Common. Having Wonderful Night Time Chats Around The Table Outside In The Warm Outside. Drinking & Eating & Exchanging Stories & Having A Good Laugh & A Joke. Keeping In Contact Thereafter My Own Holiday. Generally Having An Fantastic Good Time. I Then Highly Recommend This Hostel. 10 Stars.

"The stay was so poor I left early, and the owner was rude when I asked about a partial refund."

The living-on-site staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

The owner was unfriendly and condescending when I requested a partial refund for leaving early. The stay was so unsatisfactory that I ultimately forfeited the remaining payment and moved to different accommodation.
