Amazing location and the bed was comfortable. The natural light in the room was good. I met amazing people there.

The place was a bit dirty, old and pricey. And the heating wasn't good. The individual lights in the room were too strong, which is inconvenient.

"Good short stay"

The cat! Lovely to be able to pet it. The slim bespectacled lady who checked us in, she was excellent in service and attitude. we could feel her sincerity towards helping us get settled in and answered all our queries promptly. Her memory is very good and remembered what we had requested half a day earlier and reminded us when we got back in the evening. She deserves a raise! The cleaning auntie is also very helpful and hardworking

There isn’t a lot of space in the common area and could be crowded and squeezy. Not a biggie. The bathroom shower screen leaks. Toilet door is actually a curtain, quite strange.

Great Place! The people at the reception were very kind and helpful! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very clean. The best about the place is it's location! Close to the local shopping street, bars, and not far to Westlake!

"Old but centrally located near Hefang Street, and West Lake."

The location was wonderful, near Hefang Road. The old part of town has plenty of shops and eateries, and is only about 25 minutes walk to West Lake. It had nice ambiance.

Although the room was small, and the facilities old, our stay was comfortable enough.
