"Very good"

Location is amazing (easy to reach from two subway stations, almost at the big touristic street but also on a side lane so it's really quiet. Place itself is really beautiful, with an ancient-looking small courtyard. Staff was super open and friendly. I could also leave my luggage for a bit longer after checking out. I stayed in a 6-bed room. Room was spacious, with private and quite big toilet and bathroom. It was pretty quiet and comfortable.

The beds were three simple bunk beds, like in student dormitories, with no curtains/shades. So there was not much privacy (that's okay, but such a small thing can really be easily added and improve the overall impression a lot). It's particularly inconvenient when the neighbours turn the light on in the late evening.

Super nice and helpful front desk staff, and a cat. Localization is great.

Dirty room. Bedding with stains, fungus/mold on the wall and in the bathroom. You can hear people from the other rooms. We had a room on the ground floor - anyone passing by or using the garden could look into our room. I expected something better for this price.

The reception was excellent, the guy was very kind and helped us a lot with all the matters, also the little cat helper was so cute ~

Great location, lots of restaurants and shops around, night view just amazing, rooms are not big but very clean, end smelled nicely, also there was a small yard suitable for sitting and enjoying coffee and a book, staff very friendly and supportive.

Perfect location in the old tourist area of Hangzhou. mountain park with temple is nearby good for walking. open heart and hospitable owner. nice two cats for atmosphere. quiet and cosy place with nice guest. waking street so no any traffic noice. but should find car park if you travel by car. the nearest car park is not cheap 120rmb per day. better find some free or other part is not so fat 64 per day. Chinese spring festival will not have free parking lots.
