"Didn't meet any expectations"

The key was not in place like I was told. It was described to me that the key would be placed the where I could see and additionally the door was wide open. Upon entering the room I noticed the washing machine still running. Most importantly the bed was unkempt and really dirty. I payed approximately 250€ a night plus another tax that I never encountered in any other country I visited. This place does not deserve the price, do not recommend.

Nice stairs but too many

Everything, dirty, noisy, bad beds, totally unresponsive host, no wifi but promised. We left 2 days early and found another place.

"Pleasant"

Super conveniently situated. The room though small was adequet.

Larger of the triple beds sink in the centre. Linen well worn. Towels are more like a hand towel than a bath towel. One small pillow person.

The city centre is a few minutes away and most of the big locations are nearby. The view from the room was awesome.

"Nice room in a good location but without any support from hotel’s personal."

The location is perfect. Cozy room for family stay.

The internet is not working. Communication with the personal is poor. No one isn’t answering to your messages. If you have a problem, you should solve it by yourself.

"Nice location, but...."

The location was very good.

The complete lack of communication from the host was most unhelpful, especially given the amount of bossy rules which had to be followed (washing into a machine which was already full, take shoes off a floor down, etc). The little loft was very sweet, and could have been pleasant, but its condition left much to be desired, in terms of broken beds, battered mattresses, exposed wires, etc. There should definitely be a warning about the stairs, too; it is stated that there is no lift, but not how winding and slippery the filthy staircase is. A minor whinge: the "toiletries" consist of a bottle of (presumably) hand-wash, and there were a number of such inconsistencies...
