Washing machine going most of the night outside my door,it was so hot and fans did not work too many things to tell

Barebones, uncomfy

The location is great and the loft is quite spacious although the ceilings are low in many paces. It was quite clean.

The WiFi didn't exist (and my message asking for it to be fixed was ignored) and cooking equipment was very limited (no cooking knives and only three table knives). Cooking was difficult because of poor electrics: the circuit breakers would be tripped by using the hob and oven, or even all three rings on the hob, or the toaster at all. There were exposed mains cables hanging from the ceiling. The loft was hot partly because we were asked to keep the windows closed when it was raining.

Location is great but that's all we liked. It is very noisy outside almost all the time.

1. No wifi at all for 3 nights although free wifi in all areas is advertised in this booking. I received no reply to my inquiry regarding no wifi. Completely inexcusable on both counts. 2. There was a very flimsy, very insecure lock on our door. Not providing a secure door lock for paying visitors is the result of either the owner's laziness or cheapness. Unacceptable either way. 3. Hand soap container in the toilet was completely empty. Really? Are visitors who choose Sishaus not worth the owner's time to supply a little handsoap? 4. No light by the bed; there was just one light in the room which was an open bulb dangling from a wire across the room. How hard would it be to go to Ikea and buy a very inexpensive clip light to make it slightly more comfortable for visitors to read?

Good position

Showering and hand-washing can lead to flooding due to clogged water pipes. No WiFi. No response for my phone calls.

The fan in the room burned and smoke was filled in the room while I was sleeping. Extremely poor quality mattresses, we literally sleep in the bed frames.

Fantastic location, steps from everything of what Salzburg has to offer, small but it has everything including microwave , kettle and Fridge

Opening window for fresh air also means letting in the noise from the bustling noise street. Beds is too soft for me
