Nice staff (ok)

The worst hostel I’ve ever been to. Bed bugs, mushrooms growing in the showers, bad beds, no curtains… the owner tried to scam me for a million dollars

This hostel is great for meeting people. The owner is very easygoing and makes it very easy for everyone to get together. I had a really good time in the island thanks to people I met here. The staff are very nice and there’s breakfast included. Plus, Paliton beach is only 5 minutes walking.

Love shack had an amazing family feel to it. The rooms and bathroom were also always clean and comfortable. The staff truly make this place, always offering to help with anything you need. The location is great with beautiful beaches and some restaurants close by, however you do need to rent a scooter to see most the island.

The location is great - very close to the Paliton beach and a short ride to San Juan. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The common area is spacious, the whole place is clean.

The bunk beds are really creaky, so it's quite easy to wake the roommates up with every move 😆 .

The room is really comfortable and the breakfast is really nice with Fontain water at disposition and the staff is so friendly and try to help you a lot

everyone at the hostel is sooo lovely & it’s close to paliton beach. everyone made me feel so welcomed & had a ton of fun! It’s definitely a social hostel, they take you out if you want to party, but if you wanna stay in, you can have a perfectly chill night:) will definitely be back!!

The aircon can't cover the space... The door lock is not functioning...indeed not safe The comfort and bath rooms are not good, the seats are broken, water is slow The pathways are rough NEEDS SO MUCH IMPROVEMENT
