Love Shack Hostel & Cafe

There was no AC/ running water/ electricity/ fan etc - it was so hot we all had to sleep on the deck outside, and everyone left the next morning. we appreciated that there was a power cut but this happened repeatedly, and other areas in the town were operating as normal. It’s also pretty isolated so if you’re arriving at night be aware there’s no food/shop unless you walk a while down a very dark road - was a very scary experience as a solo female

Staff were amazing! Shout out Nine and lou! Organised get togethers and helped recommend places on the island to visit - on foot or by scooter.

The bedroom is nice and clean. It is near the beach, 5 min walk which is a really nice beach. Staff is nice. Breakfeast is small but enough

Had such an amazing stay here! The staff were super accommodating and the atmosphere was second to none. Met some really cool people, possibly one of the best hostels in my 30 days in the Philippines! Extended my stay and ended up here for about a week!

Nothing! Beach close. Staff super friendly. Scooter arranged in a few minutes. Nothing to complain about at all.

super friendly staff especially Sacar! location is a 5 mins walk to the beach, meet lovely people here despite only having two dorms, would recommend for solo travellers. Extended multiple times:))
