The location is good for the ones who is coming for one night, few hours BUT if you plan to sleep well this is not the place- too noise cause it’s close to airport and the neighborhood itself is loudly

The location was great because it was close to the air port. There is a nice little bakery directly across the street. Great views. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great value.

The only thing I would have asked for would have been a fan for the room; however, when the window is open you have plenty of air.

Extra charge to use stove. Staff had no understanding of what back packers needed.Arranged ride to airport, driver was late, did not know how to operate vehicle or even get it started.

The location is good if you want to be close to the airport (4min) - Uber for about 20 quetzales. Apparently the hostel is for a good cause...

No internet in the room. The mattresses were the worst I've seen in years and I've traveled a lot in Latin America. The price for the private room is extortionate for what it offers.

The place told us that there is 7% additional charge if paying by card. Instead, around 17% were charged by them on top of what Booking.com showed us during booking. We never received any explanation from them or any receipt. The communication after check-in and payment was absent. They gave us wrong room key and left. We only realized it when tried to get back to the room after we went out. So we couldn't get inside the room for about an hour. We tried to call to all numbers we could find, but no one was answering to any of the numbers (it was 8pm). We were really stressed out. Finally, I went to another building to try to get someone who could contact the owners or managers of the place, and we finally got into the room. Other considerations: there was unpleasant neighbor next to our room (I don't know if a homeless person or just someone very drunk). It was very cold in the room and blanket was thin, I was waking up in the night several times because of being cold. The room is very small. The neighborhood didn't look safe for walking at night. For some reason, it was impossible to get an Uber taxi to this location in the early evening, several drivers cancelled the request. Thankfully we were able to get an Uber taxi in the night when going to the airport. Overall, very low value for the price we paid.
