Very noisy internal doors to bathrooms that were being slammed all night by inconsiderate guests so very disrupted sleep

Le lieu est superbe, dormir dans les montagnes en hauteur comme ça c'était génial. Le calme, la beauté du lieu, j'ai adoré ! Sinon le personnel à la réception, et au service cuisine/bar était vraiment sympathique, souriant et serviable. Enfin, je tiens à noter que j'ai vraiment apprécié le fait que ce soit une couette et non des draps/couverture au niveau du couchage. ça rend le lit beaucoup plus confortable !

La douche où j'étais (parmi les douches communes) était sale dans le bac de douche (pas de chance, sûrement dû à une précédente cliente peu scrupuleuse...) et l'un des portiques pour accrocher ses affaires était manquant/cassé donc pas pratique quand on a ses affaires et sa serviette de douche à accrocher. Bon petit déjeuner mais ça manquait de fruits et d’œufs (ne serait-ce qu’œuf dur, tout simple)

Hard to beat location - the opportunity to be on the mountain once the crowds have left for the day is worth the price. Super clean and convenient. Staff are warm and friendly. More like a great hostel than a hotel.

EVERYTHING was so perfect when we stayed here! We knew it was going to be a good stay because of the location but it exceeded our expectations and more!! When we got there they told us we were the only guests staying the night - it was such a surreal experience and there was one worker Stanislav (aka Mike) that was working the night and he was exceptional. The service we got from him was amazing and he went above and beyond to make our stay special - so big big thank you to him! If anyone is thinking of booking to stay here please just do it - the whole experience of staying on top of the mountain and doing the activities like zip lining and mountain carting was incredible and we are trying to see when we can come back and book again!
