The view was magnificent and mountains peak just in front of window. I went for my birthday and they organized a very special birthday dessert and they were very much welcoming. I have shared a night view picture as well. I genuinely enjoyed stayed over there. Definitely recommend

Beside every bed, there were black ants. I don’t know whether it is common in wooden houses in mountain tops. But fortunately I didn’t get hurt .

"Amazing views with a perfect ski-in-ski-out location (when the weather is clear)"

Location was the best thing about this place as the views when the weather is clear is phenomenal (big emphasis on when though). Breakfast was really great. I found the dinner was only okay but you don't have any alternative choice when up on the mountain so it's great it's available and the hotel bar was everything we needed post dinner.

Alles. Die Aussicht war wunderschön obwohl das Wetter jetzt nicht das beste war und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich

Eigentlich nichts. Wir mussten aufgrund eines Workshops einen kleinen Umweg laufen. Wir hatten dafür den Massenschlaf für uns alleine was es wieder ausgeglichen hat:) durch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter stellte dies gar kein Problem dar

"Die Lage kann leider nicht alles ausgleichen"

Die Lage ist genial, direkt an der Piste und/oder im Wandergebiet. Freundliches Personal am Silvesterabend. Sehr schön dekorierter Speisesaal.

Die Übernachtung war am Jahreswechsel 2025/26. Das Personal war gut gelaunt und nett, allerdings auch ein wenig chaotisch! Spezielle Essenwünsche wurden, trotz vorgängiger schriftlicher Bekanntgabe nicht berücksichtigt und musste dann beim servieren korrigiert werden, was zu einer zeitlichen Verzögerung führte und die Stimmung ein wenig trübte. Zudem ist beim Übernachtungspreis die relativ teure Bahnfahrt hinauf und hinunter nicht inbegriffen, was bei einer 4 köpfigen Familie mit Halbtax/GA mit SFr. 144.- (Erwachsener Preis ohne jegliche Vergünstigung SFr. 72.- retour!) noch zusätzlich dazu kommt!
