1. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that reception hours are 9am to 7pm daily. 2. Children below 5 years old is not allowed to stay in backpackers dorm although with parent. Lake Tekapo is surrounded by Alpine mountains which will be extremely cold depending on the weather. We suggest you bring more layers when you are planning to visit Tekapo from April to October. Kindly note that we are not able to cancel the booking due to natural disasters or road closures.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

地理位置就在Intercity车站旁边，一分钟抵达。位于湖边核心位置，价格划算，性价比高。工作人员非常亲切友善，下次还来。

The location

Everything else. It wasn't clean. The shower was very small making it hard to move without accidentally adjusting the temperature. There were no external windows in the building apart from skylights in the roof. You need a long pole to open and close them which didn't operate easily. It was ridiculously over priced. I can't think of a worse place I've stayed.

Great location

Very budget. Noisy and uncomfortable beds. It’s like a student hostel but if that’s what you’re ok with then it’ll be fine.
