La habitación era muy cómoda. Está frente a la terminal de bus, por lo que sería una excelente opción para descansar una noche y seguir viaje.

Al menos al momento que reservé, la dirección que figuraba en booking no era la correcta (si la altura pero no la calle), por lo que nos costó llegar. Una vez allí, no había un cartel donde marcara bien la entrada al hostel. No dan llave ni código de ingreso para la puerta de entrada, hay que tocar timbre y aguardar al que el personal baje a abrir.

La atención de la chica y algunos huéspedes agradables, el precio y la facilidad para hospedarme.

Que me cambiaran de cama, algunos huéspedes poco tratables , los baños no se aseando diario y que hayan incluido a una mujer en la habitación.

La ubicación en frente de la parada de bus ADO.

Los baños compartidos no estaban demasiado limpios.

Very close to the main bus station and the city centre. Staff were amazing at checking me in super quick when I arrived at midnight and was exhausted! Great value for money.

A little hard to find on Google maps. Just search for "Central de Autobuses ADO" and it's right next to that. Or use the booking.com app to find it.

If you use the ADO bus service, getting in and out of the city is easy, as the station is directly across the street. The sheets were clean. The guy at the reception was nice.

First, I want to mention that I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time it’s necessary. I stayed here during Día de los Muertos, and this was the only option available in town. The place is really bad. There is no key for the room—only a code for the main entrance, which wasn’t always locked. The location is directly in front of the bus station, making it very busy with people coming and going, and anyone could enter. There aren’t enough lockers (it’s a 4-bed room, but only 3 lockers). There are only two power outlets: one by a bunk bed and another high up near the ceiling—essentially leaving only one plug for four people in the room. There was no water in the bathroom on my second day, and the bathroom itself is in poor condition. There’s no recycling bin in the room; we used the bathroom bin, which wasn’t emptied daily. The room also wasn’t cleaned daily. There’s no sign for this place on the street (it’s above a store), so I had to ask inside the store, as the address is the same. Booking, please remove this accommodation from your platform.
